In compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals (hereinafter “the Law”), whose provisions clearly contribute to our objective of protecting your personal data, ITAMEX WEAR S.R.L de C.V. (hereinafter “the Company”) domiciled at Paseo de los Albatros 124, closet 11.11.11, 72830 San Andres de Cholula, Puebla, Puebla, Mexico, is responsible for the use, protection and treatment of your Personal Data and makes it known that the data provided by you will be treated confidentially.<\/span><\/p>\n

Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data<\/b><\/span><\/h5>\n

The data we collect will be used for the following primary purposes both to offer and to provide our services: Contact to offer our services, Provision of Services, Quotations and Billing (Record customer information for billing of services provided once they become customers).<\/span><\/p>\n

Additionally, we will use your personal information for the following secondary purposes which are not necessary to offer and\/or provide our services, but which allow us and facilitate to provide you with better care: Application of surveys and evaluations of the service granted, Informative;\u00a0To make reports on the services granted and Directory exclusively of the Firm.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you do not express within these 5 working days your refusal to process your personal data in accordance with the informed secondary purposes, it will be understood that you have given your consent for the processing thereof. Without prejudice to the above, you may, at any time, express your refusal to process your personal data in accordance with the secondary purposes, through the following e-mail address: itamexwear@gmail.com<\/span><\/p>\n

Refusal to use your personal data for these purposes cannot be a reason for us to refuse you the services and products you request or contract with us.<\/span><\/p>\n

What personal data will we use for these purposes?<\/b><\/span><\/h5>\n

For the purposes stated in this Privacy Notice “the Company” may collect your personal and\/or business data in different ways:<\/span><\/p>\n

Data that we collect from other sources such as directories and personal databases regulated by law: name or business name;\u00a0address;\u00a0e-mail and telephone.<\/span><\/p>\n

Data collected by visiting our website or using our online services: contact name;\u00a0position, company;\u00a0institutional address;\u00a0e-mail and institutional telephone.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Holder: Name or Business Name;\u00a0Contact Name;\u00a0Telephone;\u00a0Money Order;\u00a0e-mail.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Client: Name;\u00a0Bank and Interbank Account Number;\u00a0Reference Number, Federal Taxpayers Registry (RFC);\u00a0Single Population Registry Key (CURP);\u00a0Domicile of Work;\u00a0Tax and Financial Information;\u00a0Telephone;\u00a0Institutional e-mail;\u00a0Signature Autograph;\u00a0Official Identification (INE);\u00a0Post, Patrimonial Data (Material, Real Estate and other related) or some other internal general information that is considered as private and exclusive.<\/span><\/p>\n

Transfer of Personal Data<\/b><\/span><\/h5>\n

The Company” may disclose personal and\/or business data collected with competent authorities and government entities for the purpose of cooperating and\/or providing information for investigations or needs that warrant it. Transfers may also be made to companies and\/or companies in the same group of “La Empresa”, according to the third paragraph of Article 37 of the LFPDPPP.<\/span><\/p>\n

Access, Rectification or Cancellation of your personal data; or Opposition to its use. (ARCO RIGHTS)<\/span><\/p>\n

You will have the right to know what personal data we have, what we use it for and the conditions of use we give you (Access).\u00a0It is also your right to request the correction of your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification);\u00a0that we remove it from our records or databases when we consider that it is not being used in accordance with the principles, duties and obligations laid down in the regulations (Cancellation);\u00a0as well as oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition).\u00a0These rights are known as ARCO rights.<\/span><\/p>\n

For the exercise of any ARCO rights, you must notify and request in writing the Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition of your personal data.\u00a0The application shall contain:<\/span><\/p>\n

The name of the owner and address or other means of communicating the reply to your request.<\/span><\/p>\n

Documents proving the identity or, where appropriate, legal representation of the holder.<\/span><\/p>\n

A clear and precise description of the personal data in respect of which it is sought to exercise any of the above rights.<\/span><\/p>\n

Any other element or document that facilitates the location of personal data.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you request the rectification of your Personal Data, you must also indicate the modifications to be made and provide the necessary official documentation to support your request.<\/span><\/p>\n

The temporality of the handling of your personal data will be for the period of time in which the commercial relationship between the client and ITAMEX WEAR S.R.L de C.V. subsists, which may be extended when required by the applicable Mexican Legislation, you may object to handling them at any time you deem appropriate under the mechanism referred to in this paragraph, or, where applicable, at the time when such personal data are no longer required for the purposes of this Privacy Notice and the applicable legal provisions.<\/span><\/p>\n

Revocation of consent for the use of your personal data.<\/b><\/span><\/h5>\n

You may revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data.\u00a0However, it is important to note that we may not in all cases be able to comply with your request or terminate your use immediately, as we may by some legal obligation require further processing of your personal data.\u00a0You must also consider that for certain purposes, the revocation of your consent will mean that we cannot continue to provide you with the service you requested, or the termination of your relationship with us.<\/span><\/p>\n

To revoke your consent you must submit your request in the terms contained in the RIGHTS ARCO of this Privacy Notice, so\u00a0 <\/span>ITAMEX WEAR S.R.L de C.V. will respond to any request for revocation of consent within a maximum time limit of 20 (twenty) calendar days or the maximum permitted by law, and ITAMEX WEAR S.R.L de C.V.shall effect the revocation within 15 (fifteen) calendar days following the date on which it communicates the response or the maximum permitted by law.\u00a0The time limits may be extended in such terms as may be specified by the applicable law.<\/span><\/p>\n

Changes to the Privacy Notice.<\/b><\/span><\/h5>\n

This Privacy Notice may be subject to modifications, changes or updates at any time, arising from new legal requirements;\u00a0from our own needs for the services we offer;\u00a0from our privacy practices;\u00a0of business model changes;\u00a0or for other reasons.\u00a0Should ITAMEX WEAR S.R.L de C.V. feel the need to make any modification to the Privacy Notice, it will do so by e-mail, in the “Privacy Notice” section, in the spaces and accesses of ITAMEX WEAR S.R.L de C.V., as well as in any other public or private media that ITAMEX WEAR S.R.L de C.V.<\/span><\/p>\n
